Happy New Year!
I hope your 2011 is off to a good start. For millions of us, the start of the year is a reminder that we have a ways to go to be where we want to be healthwise.
When you enter practically any nationally known bookstore like Borders or Barnes and Noble right now, you can't help but notice that several tables near the front door will be packed with health and fitness as well as self improvement-oriented books.
At my local Barnes and Noble store, there are dozens and dozens of these books. Some had covers showing bodybuilders, models, lean and trim men and women, etc.
It is an overwhelming task for many of us to be able to select from the countless choices available which is/are the best books for me?
If you're out and about, stop by a national chain book seller today, and check out the endless sea of self-help and dieting/fitness books for yourself. It’s quite staggering actually!
After taking this all in, I'm even more appreciative for David Hall’s 10-minute-a-day Cellercise® program.
Bouncing on a Cellerciser® mini-trampoline is fun and easy to do. It’s not a huge time commitment as compared to joining and going to a gym, but it still gets remarkable results when you Cellercise® on a daily basis.
Speaking of books, here are some excerpts from books I found on Amazon.com that discuss the benefits of rebounding on a Cellerciser:
“Remember the fun you had as a kind bouncing on the bed or on a trampoline? Well now they call it rebounding. Rebounding is a wonderful way to move watery lymph fluids carrying oxygen while vertically breaking the gravitic lines of force surrounding us by using your body as the armature of a natural energy generator. Exercising and jumping up and down pumps your lymph fluids around so they can get fresh oxygen. I suggest you use the best personal rebounder (trampoline), David Hall’s Cellerciser, the one with the tapered springs.”
-- Ed Mccabe, “Flood Your Body with Oxygen” p. 407
“If you do not go to the gym, I recommend a “Cellerciser” which utilizes the body’s gravity; this is a perfect workout.”
--Fran Huck, “Weight Loss Solutions Your Body Will Accept” p. 9
“The cellerciser isn’t a normal rebounder or mini tramp, its tapered springs allow the body to bounce up and down with low impact on the knees and spine.”
-- John R. Christopher, “Dr. Christopher’s Guide to Colon Health” p. 2
“Our favorite piece of (home exercise) equipment is a small folding rebounder trampoline called the Cellerciser.”
-Karilee Shames, Richard Shames “Feeling Fat, Fuzzy or Frazzled? A 3-Step Program to: Beat Hormone Havoc, Restore Thryroid, Adrenal, and Reproductive Balance, and Feel Better Fast!” p. 272
Order your Cellerciser® rebounder today and make 2011 the year where you reach all your health and fitness goals.
Here’s wishing that 2011 will be a happy, prosperous and healthy year for you and your loved ones.

There are a great variety of ways you can get the proper exercise. Some of these methods will have a lot of value and provide tremendous benefits to your health. However, those looking for a truly excellent method of exercising should explore Cellercising -- the act of bouncing on a Cellerciser mini-trampoline.
The Cellerciser is compact and relatively lightweight that can be moved around and stored as needed. In fact, the Cellerciser, has a model called the
What about those people that might look into bouncing on a mini-trampoline but are currently at a very low level of fitness? They can also effectively lose weight with such a device. Those new to exercise need to start out easy and increase their intensity levels over time. Even just moving up and down without taking your feet off the mat has benefits for your health. It might seem that rebound exercise is an oddball way of losing weight and improving fitness. But tens of thousands of people are seeing significant improvement in how they look and feel when they stick with this exercise workout.
For many seniors, finding an effective, convenient, and safe exercise
solution isn’t always easy. Many seniors face a catch-22 situation in which
mobility challenges make exercise difficult to manage, while exercise is a key
to improving mobility. One solution that is becoming increasingly popular is to
use a rebounder, or mini-trampoline, for daily exercise at home.
The health benefits associated with rebounding are numerous, especially for
seniors. The trampoline mechanism provides supportive resistance, allowing for a
vigorous, low-impact workout. Rebound exercising strengthens and tones muscles,
improves cardiovascular health, helps improve coordination and balance, and
helps soft tissue stay supple and active without causing excess joint and bone
stress. Just ten minutes a day of rebound exercise can build stamina, improve
the length and quality of sleep, and reduce tension and stress.
This is
especially true of seniors who need time to allow internal connective tissue to
strengthen in order to reduce any risk of prolapsed organs. It is also highly
recommended that seniors use a balancing bar for extra safety. Of course, as
with all exercise routines, one should consult a physician before beginning to
work out.
The Cellerciser is also compact and relatively lightweight. You can move it around and store it as needed – no lugging of heavy exercise equipment is required. Both the Half-Fold and Tri-Fold Cellerciser models can be folded up for easy carrying and storage, too.
It is an exercise device that helps you improve your endurance. Cardio workouts are great for burning calories and increasing heart and lung capacity. In only a few minutes on the Cellerciser, you will reach your target heart rate.
