Don't forget about lean proteins. You will want to make sure that you fit lean proteins or non-meat forms of protein into your daily diet. These help provide energy and also the building blocks for the muscle that you're building by rebounding.
Make sure that you remember that beginning a health and fitness routine with rebounding isn't going to work as well as it could unless you make healthy eating choices.
