Happy New Year!
I hope your 2011 is off to a good start. For millions of us, the start of the year is a reminder that we have a ways to go to be where we want to be healthwise.
When you enter practically any nationally known bookstore like Borders or Barnes and Noble right now, you can't help but notice that several tables near the front door will be packed with health and fitness as well as self improvement-oriented books.
At my local Barnes and Noble store, there are dozens and dozens of these books. Some had covers showing bodybuilders, models, lean and trim men and women, etc.
It is an overwhelming task for many of us to be able to select from the countless choices available which is/are the best books for me?
