After reading the title, I'm sure that you're thinking isn't this is a blog about rebounding?

Normally that is the case and as you'll see as you read on, rebounding will be discussed again here.

But I'm going to start off talking about golf, the favorite sport of millions of people.

How to Incorporate Exercise Into Your Daily Routine

Regrettably, people often get stuck in a rut. They do the same routine day after day: go to work, head home and make dinner, flop into their favorite chair in front of the TV, and then go to bed at the end of the night.

When you go on a healthy eating plan you must incorporate daily exercise into it. Many of you reading this are probably groaning at the idea of doing exercise. I know because I haven't always been fond of the idea of doing exercise myself.

For those people who love to exercise, then the battle is practically won. Can you imagine how wonderful it must be to do something you like, and also burn of calories from it at the same time? For exercise lovers, all they have to do is make some mild diet changes and do more of what they love – exercise!
